Liberty Humane Society , in conjunction with Companion Animal Trust, will hold its second annual Kitten Bonanza adoption event on Sunday, Aug. 29, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. outside Jersey City City Hall at 280 Grove Street.
There will be young kittens available for adoption and organizers hope this year’s event surpasses the 40 kittens adopted last year.
The adoption fee is $110 and all kittens will be spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, de-wormed and socialized, LHS officials said in a statement. Each pet will receive a complimentary month of pet insurance from ShelterCare Insurance.
